Simba Village regulations
Please observe the corona safty rules
1.Make sure you have your mask on within confined public areas within the complex i.e. at the gate when entering and or leaving the complex.
2.Temperature to be check by the askaris maning the gate before entry.
3 Social distance of at least 2 meters to other persons.
4.Wash your hands regularly.
Swimming Pool:
Us of the pool is at your own risk. Please use the shower, next to the pool, before entering. Take care within the pool and surrounding areas.
No bottles, glass or breakable items are permitted near the pool as they can cause serious injuries. There is no lifeguard on duty and the children and persons unable to swim alone should be supervised at all times and have the appropriate floatation devices. Simba Village Management will not take responsibility for any damage or injury caused by improper or irresponsibility behaviour and recklessness. Swimming pool to be used only by owners and registered tenants. Visitors not allowed in the swimming pool.
Valuables:
Please ensure all valuables, jewellery and money are not left un-secured. Simba Village Management does not take responsibility for any loss of personal property.
Visitors:
To ensure a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere, visitors will not be permitted within the complex. Entry will only be granted to registered guests authorised from the guest occupying an apartment and should be registered/identity known at the entrance gate.
Noise and Disturbance:
Please keep noise to a minimum at all times so residents can enjoy a peaceful stay at the village. Please ask taxis or any other transport vehicles to switch off their engines and music whilst waiting in the compound.
Any disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and guests will be given only one warning. Any continued disturbance will result in the guest(s) being removed from the premises and forfeiture of any refund/deposit.
Parking:
There is parking provided in the rear as well the front of the complex. Please make sure valuables are not left in the vehicle and it is locked at all times. Visitors are requested to park their vehicles outside the gate in front of the office. Simba Village Management will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to the vehicle or property within.
Note:
Please do not hang laundry on the balcony or in front of the apartments. An area has been created in the rear next to the refuse rooms. Please do not feed the monkeys – feeding them makes them become aggressive. Please note that pets are not allowed in the entire apartment complex.
Bookings:
50% deposit required to hold your reservation, balance to be paid upon arrival together with a refundable security deposit. Studios are for a maximum of 2 persons and the 1 bedrooms can have an extra person if so desired.Tenants are required to sign in at the office and provide a national form of identification prior to or at check in. We do not rent to persons with children under 8 years old however, please note that some apartment owners have young children.
Cancellation policy:
Period before start date of booking within which written notice of cancellation is received by us.
% is of the total booking price
More than 90 days – 20%
60-89 days – 35%
30-60 days – 50%
Less than 30 days – 100%
It is advisable to get travel insurance in case of a need of cancellation
Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Please ensure the apartment is locked upon departure and the keys returned to the office. If the office is locked, the keys can be put in the letterbox or handed over to the owner of the apartment.
Simba Village Management is not liable for any loss or damage within.
