• modern bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer (free shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper until used up; refills at own cost)

• a power back up system so you can use the internet and watch telly in case of power outage. Please note this can happen frequently in Kenya.

• free housekeeper services every third day. Extra cleaning services available at a fee of USD8 per half day (4 hours).

• The Loft is situated on the second floor with access via a communal hallway and staircase

• If you are not traveling alone, please enter the number of people in your group when placing your booking. Maximum guest number is two (2). 

• This property is not suitable for children under 16 years and hence no bookings with kids will be accepted.

• Extra cleaning services can be arranged for USD8 for half a day (4 hours)

• Please note a late check-in fee of USD15 will apply. No check-ins after 11:00pm.

• Outside guests and personnel are strictly forbidden. 

• Any damage or breakage to any contents of the Loft has to be reported immediately and is charged at purchase price. 

• Please do not take white hand or shower towels outside of the Loft. Please use designated pool towels provided. Should any indoor towels be torn or dirty from outside use, a replacement/deep cleaning fee of USD20 per towel applies.

• To help the environment please close all windows and keep doors closed while running AC units to allow ambient cooling at minimum electricity consumption.

• We live in a tropical country with many little animals and insects around. Especially during the dry season, all living creatures are looking for water and might wander in. This does NOT mean the place is dirty or left uncleaned. We provide insect spray for your convenience but would also ask for you to use it sparingly as animals beneficial to our environment will also be killed. Thank you!
